Vegan Chocolate Glaze
3/4 c Enjoy Life Vegan Dark Chocolate Morsels
3 TB Earth Balance Soy Free Vegan Butter
1 TB Light Corn Syrup
1/4 t Pure Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
- Combine chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a metal bowl over simmering water. The water shouldn't be touching the bottom of the bowl. Heat and stir until ingredients are melted and combined. Add vanilla.
- If the microwave is your best friend, place the chocolate, butter, and corn syrup in a microwave safe dish and nuke for 15 second intervals, stirring well each time. Add vanilla.
- While warm, pour or drizzle glaze over cake, letting it drip gloriously over the sides.
