Vegan Chocolate Glaze


3/4 c Enjoy Life Vegan Dark Chocolate Morsels

3 TB Earth Balance Soy Free Vegan Butter 

1 TB Light Corn Syrup 

1/4 t Pure Vanilla Extract 

Pinch of Salt


  1. Combine chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup in a metal bowl over simmering water. The water shouldn't be touching the bottom of the bowl. Heat and stir until ingredients are melted and combined. Add vanilla. 
  2. If the microwave is your best friend, place the chocolate, butter, and corn syrup in a microwave safe dish and nuke for 15 second intervals, stirring well each time. Add vanilla.
  3. While warm, pour or drizzle glaze over cake, letting it drip gloriously over the sides.
